'We do have an office dog named 'underdog' - he helps us with usability testing.'

The feedback from potential customers has been incredible, especially from people who live in the city and work long hours.' He continued: 'The app will be available to iPhone, android, and windows 8 phones - setting up the feeder takes a matter of minutes.
The feeder can hold enough for two weeks of food, its inventor claims 'Once it's on, the feeder itself will use a set of sensors and software calculations to learn about you and your pet. 'This information will be used to suggest a healthy feeding regiment for the animal. 'The design has two food compartments, a 5lbs and 10lbs container. On average, this is enough food for 1 week and 2 weeks respectively.' This pet feeder application can feed your pet form anywhere in the world with a press of the phone. The mobile phone will receive a text, email, Facebook or Twitter message, which reports on feeding start and end times and even the amount consumed. The machine uses the information it collects to create feeding schedules and it monitors food intake and nutritional habits. The entrepreneur, from 'Pasadena, Los Angeles, California', explained how he came up with the concept for Pinto feed in March 2012. The 32-year-old said: 'We spent a few months on the drawing-board thinking of the idea, and by July we were up and running. 'We wanted to build a product that provided convenience to the pet owner and healthy eating to the pet even talk reassures them into the future.
